Home to Boost

The results of my blood test came back. Two thumbs up, great blood. I’m determined not to feel sick again for a while.

Good Things from a Grave

Had my parents, little brother, and the elder of my two younger sisters in London for a visit from Saturday to Wednesday. Tate Modern, boat trip on the Thames, Spitalfields Market, Greenwich Observatory, Brick Lane, various restaurants – we did plenty over the few days and we ate plenty too.

It was Fathers Day yesterday. I remembered at 9pm (thanks to a text from my sister). So, after the football I gave the big man a call to say hello.
